Clover Key Inc. is a portfolio management company servicing Homeowners Associations, Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Mobile Home Parks. We provide solutions and assistance that accurately guide associations through the day to day
services involved with the operation of a community association. We cater to every property individually in order to deliver a first-class experience every time.
Our commitment to each Association is to provide exactly what every unique community needs by molding our services to exceed their expectations. Every community Board has a different vision, process, and procedure. We have learned this through our experience servicing communities. We offer this guarantee to all our communities: if you are unsatisfied for any reason,
all we need for a smooth transition of cancellation is a 30-day notice.
At Clover Key Inc., we understand that the success of any Association is largely dependent on the Board of Directors making the most informed decisions for the well-being of the community. Our mission is to assist the Board with expert consultation and guidance to ensure their peace of mind and
financial health of the property. We strive to do as much as possible to support our Boards, while allowing them to make informed decisions, and preventing their volunteer service from feeling like a job. By using the latest technology and modern management software, we provide our Board
with the most real-time, secure, easy to access financial and compliance
reports. These are easily available from any smartphone, pad, and computer,
using AppFolio Management Software. Clover Key Inc. strives for continual
improvement and responds in a timely manner to all community related needs.
As the company president, Jennifer Vo, oversees all aspects of management and bookkeeping. She is licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as both a Community Association Manager and a licensed Florida Real Estate agent. Jennifer moved to Merritt Island,
Florida in 2017 from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to manage privately owned commercial shopping centers and residential units. With incredible support from her mentor, this led her to found Clover Key, Inc. (CKI). Jennifer has had experience in insurance claims exceeding $100,000. She has experience in performing many different undertakings including but not limited to
restoration projects such as painting, asphalt paving, and structural repairs. She has portfolio managed and performed bookkeeping involving multiple properties located in Brevard County.
Here at Clover Key Inc., we are all about excellence, innovation, creativity, and improvement. Therefore, we will always keep up with the trends and stay relevant in the ever-changing world. We stay up-to-date and promote
our business practice by integrating more innovative and creative service methods whenever possible. We believe knowledge and education is key. We continuously attend seminars and courses to learn industry improvements and to refine processes. We also learn significantly from customer feedback,
maintenance improvements, and by staying on top of the latest legal changes.
Management inspects the grounds and meets with Board members based on the contract agreement. Some Associations feel they need more "hands-on" time, and therefore contract for more frequent inspections and/or meetings. Others may need only a bi-weekly visit unless emergencies or meetings with contractors arise.
Meetings are attended by a licensed manager. Draft minutes are e-mailed for Board input and then posted on this site for all owners to see, if approved by the Board.
Experience in this industry has taught us that one of the most important aspects of running an association is accurate and professional record-keeping. The administrative end of this business is time-consuming and detail-oriented. Ensuring that all owners are paying their fair share of the monthly expenses
is vital to keeping the Association healthy. Clover Key Property Management prides itself on prompt attention to delinquent owners and timely, user-friendly financials.
Management includes: contracted walk-throughs, oversight of monthly contracted services and maintenance, obtaining bids for new services, attending your Board and Annual Meetings, and preparing minutes of those meetings as well as full service bookkeeping and collections.
Your own association webpage* is included in your management contract. The Board of Directors decide what information they wish to display on their page,
which may include: governing documents, owner rosters, printable forms, some or all financial information, the frequently-asked-questions page to assist your realtors with the sale of units, wind mitigation forms, and minutes of all meetings that are available. We also display photos of your property and if desired, the Board can submit pictures from community
gatherings or other social functions. Your association's webpage can be accessed via internet from anywhere in the world, allowing absentee or vacationing owners to keep up-to-date on pertinent issues.
Using the most advance property management software, Appfolio, is an all-inclusive software providing the Board and Owners real-time communication and information from any smartphone, pad, or computer. The easy to use software allows

and BB&T (www.bbt.com) <http://www.bbt.com)> specializes in Association banking and lending. We mail coupons to all owners, if needed, and all assessments go directly to the bank for daily deposits to your Associationís account.
